Within 60 days after customers receive the goods, if you are not satisfied with the product size, style, or the product has non-human damage, quality problems and other eligible situations, you can apply for a free return and refund service. All returned products must keep the original packaging intact, unused and undamaged, so as to pass our warehouse inspection.

Refund Processing Cycle

After we receive and verify the returned products and confirm that the products meet the return standards, our finance team will complete the refund review and fund transfer within 5 to 10 working days. The refund will be returned to the original payment account used by the customer when placing the order. The specific arrival time of the fund shall be subject to the processing rules of the customer's payment platform.
